Delete a disabled user-tier entry
Permanently remove a vocabulary entry. Only disabled user-tier entries qualify: built-in entries are re-seeded by name on the next run (a delete would bring them back active), so disabling is the only way to turn them off, and proposals are approved or dismissed instead. Entities already extracted under the deleted type stay in the graph.
